Terms of Service

The service

EloqIQ is an AI conversation practice tool. It scores your responses and gives feedback. AI output can be wrong or off-topic — treat it as practice, not professional advice (career, legal, medical, or otherwise).

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
• One person, one account. Don't share or resell access.
• You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your country.

Acceptable use

Don't use EloqIQ to harass others, generate harmful content, reverse engineer the service, or run automated abuse against our systems. We can suspend accounts that do.

Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance via Razorpay. Subscriptions continue until cancelled. If something goes wrong with a payment, email hello@eloqiq.com and we'll sort it.

Your content

You own the content you produce in your sessions. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it so we can run the service, score you, and show you your history.

No warranties

EloqIQ is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Changes

We may update these terms over time. If we make a meaningful change, we'll let you know.
