EloqIQ (“we”, “us”) helps you practice high-pressure conversations with an AI. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Account info — name, email, password hash, OAuth identifiers.
  • Session data — practice transcripts, scores, ratings, and feedback.
  • Audio — your microphone audio is streamed to our voice provider in real time so the AI can respond and score you.
  • Basic usage data — pages visited, errors, device/browser type.

How we use it

  • To run your practice sessions and generate feedback.
  • To track your progress over time and personalise future sessions.
  • To improve the product and fix bugs.
  • To send essential account emails (e.g. password reset, verification).

Third parties

We use vendors to run EloqIQ: LiveKit (WebRTC), Deepgram (speech), Groq (LLM), ElevenLabs (voice), Resend (email), Razorpay (payments), and standard cloud hosting. Your data is shared with them only as needed to provide the service.
